We started Ranazonai because we kept seeing the same problem: agencies that ship code, but not products. The intake flow that leaks. The portal that nobody logs into. The RTI draft that reads like a template.
We narrowed in on four industries — legal-tech, real estate, CA & finance, and mortgage broking — and went deep. We studied the compliance, the buyer psychology, the document trails, the way WhatsApp threads become case files. Now when a client starts a sentence, we can often finish it.
The team is small by design. Every project is run by a senior engineer-founder who owns the outcome. We don't have a bench of juniors learning on your dime. We don't have account managers who forward your messages. You talk to the person doing the work.
