Engagements

Projects are governed by a separately signed Statement of Work (SoW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA). These Terms cover site use; the SoW covers delivery, payment, IP, and warranty terms.

Intellectual property

On delivery and full payment, the deliverables of an engagement transfer to the client, excluding any pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks owned by us. Logos, trademarks, and portfolio assets on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of website use is limited to zero. Liability related to paid engagements is capped as specified in the relevant SoW.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
